We pack and ship your cakes via Royal Mail or a national courier company within 3 – 5 working days. We ship your cakes by a priority delivery service. A tracking number will be provided to you by email at despatch of your purchase.
If you experience any delivery issues using the tracking number provided, please contact the courier company immediately. The courier is responsible for all packages that are placed in their system. They will inform you if you need to open a case or file a claim to recover any items which are not delivered. If you make a claim for a failed delivery of your item please contact us with a case or claim number issued by the courier company. We will then try to assist in getting the issue resolved.
